Not Another Locals' Show # 13

Episode 13's jazzy background music is dedicated to Rae-Ray!  We got to meet the infamous "Doc Derby" at the Memphis Roller Derby Bout last weekend and learned that he likes our show; shameless plugs for Doc Derby including a mention of his Sirius radio show and his former band, the Reigning Sound; Roxanne's song reminds Frank of "Better Off Dead," but in a good way; tips on taking care of your own Beans;  Damn you McDonald's for bringing back the McRib; inconsiderate parents letting their kids first experience in commerce occur while there's a line of twenty people behind them; Frank performs "The Ballad of Mr. T:  He's Dead to Me;"  there's a singular Bean out there in Frank's past; remembering good times with El Dorado and the Ruckus; Frank details his plan to use the Memphis Area Transit Authority as the designated driver (the "iron pimp") for a city-wide pub crawl; Beans will behind the sound board at the Rally Point for a big show on Dec. 16th; Memphis Roller Derby recap and Frank's encounter with our hero from the last bout; more about the Hal McCormack benefit; Frank would be the first one killed in the average scary teenage flick; Beans does not endorse ouija boards; WE NEED A PRODUCER; 5 minute songs require too much commitment by the crew here; Frank's rants - it's a double-dose...  it's a FACT;  show dates for you to check out;   don't press 1000 CD's of your first release (unless you have a big family!); cheers to Eve!
